益智仁水提取物对运动训练小鼠肝组织自由基代谢和超微结构的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的:观察益智仁水提取物(AOF)对运动小鼠血清ALT,肝脏SOD,MDA及超微结构的影响.方法:雄性ICR小鼠90只随机分为6组:安静对照组、安静益智仁组、训练即刻组、训练即刻益智仁组、训练恢复24h组和训练恢复24h益智仁组,每组15只.经过6wk游泳耐力训练后进行1次力竭性游泳,测定各组小鼠血清ALT、肝脏SOD、MDA等指标,肝脏细胞超微结构进行电镜观察.结果:各组ALT除安静对照组与相应益智仁组和训练即刻组与训练恢复组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)外,其余各组间均有统计学差异(P<0.05);SOD除安静对照组与相应益智仁组,训练即刻益智仁组与训练恢复益智仁组间无统计学差异外(P>0.05),其余各组间均有统计学差异(P<0.05);MDA除训练即刻组与相应益智仁组及恢复组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)外,其余各组间均有统计学差异(P<0.05);益智仁组肝脏细胞中线粒体、肌浆网、肌丝等结构均比相应对照组完整,病变程度比对照组轻.结论:益智仁水提取物能改善运动对肝脏细胞的损伤,提高肝脏组织抗自由基氧化的能力,同时还对肝脏细胞超微结构具有明显保护作用. AIM: To investigate the effect of alp inia oxyphyllaMiq. feut (AOF) supplements on serum ALT, metabolism of free radicals, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA), and uhra-structure of liver in exercised mice. METHODS : Ninety male ICR mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: sedentary control group (A), sedentary + AOF group (B) , exercised control rats who were examined immediately (C) or 24 h (E) after an exhaustive exercise, and exercised + AOF rats who were examined immediately ( D ) or 24 h (F) after an exhaustive exercise. After 6-week swimming program with gradually increasing intensity, these mice carried out an exhaustive swimming exercise before sacrifice. Serum ALT, SOD and MDA in liver were measured and the changes of ultra-structure in liver were observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM). RESULTS: Serum ALT was significantly different among these groups (P 〈0.05) except between group A and B, C and E (P 〉 0.05 ); SOD was significantly different among the above groups except between group A and B, D and F ( P 〉 0.05 ). The concentration of MDA was significantly different among the above groups (P〈0.05) except between group C and D, E and F ( P 〉 0.05 ). The integrity of mitochondrion, rough-surfaced endoplasmic reticulum and myofilament in myocardium was better in AOF groups than in control groups and the pathological tendency of these ultra-structures was lighter in AOF groups compared with control groups. CONCLUSION: AOF can reduce the damage of liver caused by exercise, enhance the anti-oxidative status of liver and protect the uhra-structure of liver.
