中药液保留灌肠对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能的影响

Effect of Chinese medical herbal retention enema on renal function of patients with chronic renal failure

目的:探讨中药液保留灌肠对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能的影响.方法:将90位慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在对照组治疗(西医治疗)基础上加用中药液100mL保留灌肠,每日2次,疗程均为2mo,治疗期间每半月测定血肌酐,尿素氮以及内生肌酐清除率,观察两组治疗前后肾功能变化.结果:治疗组在用药后肾功能变化值与对照组同期相比有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论:中药液保留灌肠可作为慢性肾功能衰竭患者延缓肾衰进展的一种有效治疗措施.

AIM： To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medical herbal retention enema on renal function of patients with chronic renal failure. METHODS ： Ninety cases of chronic renal failure were randomly divided into 2 groups. Control group were treated with general western medicine therapy and treatment group were treated with Chinese medical herbal retention enema for 2 months （ twice a day） in addition to the general therapy as control group. To investigate the renal function change of the 2 groups, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and creatinine clearance rate were measured every half month during treatment. RESULTS： The clinical outcome of treatment group was better than that of control group according the mean data of the renal function （P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION ： Chinese medical herbal retention enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure is an effective method to delay the renal failure progress.
