热油管道中原油等温运行温度的确定 被引量:3

摘要 目前,原油多采用加热输送,能耗巨大,若能实现原油的等温输送,可大大降低油品的输送成本.从实例出发,分析了热油管道利用摩擦热实现不加热输送的可能性.从能量方程出发,推导出了等温运行温度的表达式;通过编制程序求出了该温度值;分析得到影响热油管道等温点温度值的因素很多,主要与原油输量、环境温度以及管径有关.最后通过实例分析计算得出:对于新建大管径、高输量的原油管道,完全可以利用摩擦热实现不加热输送. At present,crude oil is transported by means of heating,and so energy consumption is huge.If the isothermal transportation of crude oil can be realized,the cost of the transportation can greatly be reduced.The possibility of realizing the transportation of crude oil without heating by means of friction heat is analyzed by a case.The expression of isotherm running temperature is derived based energy equations,and the value of it is calculated by means of programming.The factors of influencing the isothermal running temperature are analyzed,and it is held that there are many factors of influencing it,but main factors are flow rate of crude oil,environment temperature and pipeline diameter.The calculation result of a case shows that the transportation of crude oil without heating by means of friction heat can completely be realized under the conditions of large diameter pipeline and great flow rate.
