摘要
一直以来经济全球化与跨国公司都是学术界广为关注的两个重大问题,但是很少有学者把它们之间的联系以及互动效应结合在一起进行深入的研究。有鉴于此,跨国公司与经济全球化之间的相互联系与相互作用促成了本文成文的依据,文章首先以经济全球化与跨国公司的发展过程为切入点,充分探讨了经济全球化与跨国公司之间的互动关系,以及跨国公司二重性对经济全球化所造成的双重影响。
Economic globalization and multinational corporation have been two major issues which attract the wide attention of the academic circle, but few scholars research them deeply in combination with the relationship between them and the interactive effects of them. In view of this, the mutual connection and interaction of multinational corporation and economic globalization contribute to the writing of this paper. The paper takes the development process of economic globalization and multinational corporation as the starting point and fully explores the interaction between economic globalization and multinational corporation and the double effects of the duality of multinational corporation on economic globalization.
