摘要
采用ANSYS有限元分析,对在不同的激励电流、不同气隙间距和不同的线圈排布方式的条件下,电磁装置生成的磁场进行分析比较,得出最佳的线圈组合方式以及最佳的激励电流和气隙间距,为磁流变制动器电磁装置的结构设计提供依据。
Magneto - rheological Fluid (MRF) Brake is a kind of newly developed intelligent brakes in which the electromagnetism devices are very important components. The electromagnetism devices can establish controllable magnetic fields, which can make Magneto -rheological fluid materials create related brake moment to control the braking performance of the MRF Brake. In this paper, the electrified coils are used assembly in the electromagnetism devices to create electromagnetic fields for MRF Brake. By using ANSYS software, under the different conditions of applied current, air gap distance, arrangements of coils, the magnetic fields established by electromagnetism devices are compared analytically, and then the optimum coil arrangements are obtained as well as optimum applied currents and air gap distances and the evidences are provided for the structural design of electromagnetism devices in MRF Brake.
