摘要
通过对传统整体模和无模多点成形技术的研究,提出了一种新型的钣金拉延成形技术———电磁辅助钣金拉延快速成形技术。主要对其电磁夹紧系统进行了设计,给出了一种新型的电控永磁夹紧装置,对该装置的各项具体参数进行了详细计算,并通过实验验证了该装置的可行性。
Based on the research of traditional complete die forming and multi - point forming without die, we put forward a new technique of sheet - metal forming, the electromagnetic - field - aided rapid forming technique of sheet metal. A tool clamping device with electro -permanent magnet is designed for the rapid forming system, and its feasibility and work reliability is tested through experiments.
