基本价值链与竞争优势——对波特观点的修正与完善

Basic Value Chain and Competitive Advantages——Correction and Perfection of Porter's Viewpoint

基本价值链是分析企业竞争优势来源的重要工具。波特教授的价值链与竞争优势理论在价值活动划分和企业竞争优势来源等方面的观点值得商榷。笔者基于企业管理活动的基础管理—职能管理—战略管理的层级框架及价值活动的竞争优势产出假设,修正阐释了波特的基本价值链,提出了价值链与竞争优势的协同新论。

The basic value chain is an important means of analyzing the sources of enterprises＇ competitive advantages. Some perspectives in Prof Porter＇ s value chain ＆ competitive advantage theories, such as the classification of value activities, the sources of enterprise competitive advantages,are worth discussing. The author,on the basis of the level -rank framework of management activities （management -function management -strategic management）and the output hypothesis of competitive advantages in value activities, corrects and explains Porter＇ s basic value chain and advances a new coordination theory about value chain ＆ competitive advantages.
