摘要
采用定性与定量相结合评估思想,针对某大型复杂战役地空导弹训练评估标准优选问题,运用模糊综合评判方法,综合考虑操作时间、操作步骤、操作技巧、操作成效、口令、士气等各方面的因素,建立该型装备训练评估标准。步骤包括:确定评价因素、评价等级,构造评判矩阵,确定权重,进行模糊合成和做出决策。
According to combination of the qualitative and quantitative assessing analysis, adopt fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Aiming at the evaluation criterion selection on training of one large-scale complex surface-air missile, set up the evaluation criterion of the equipment training, and consider the evaluation factors, such as operation time, operation steps, operation skills, operation results, commands, moral and so on. The approach of the realization includes building up the evaluation factors and grades, constructing the evaluation matrix, determining the weight of coefficient, conducting fuzzy synthesis and making decision.
