摘要
基于需求的模块化组织结构设计,先将整个组织结构模块化,然后进行组织结构适度调整。将模块化了的部门、岗位选择出,建立一个不影响系统原功能又能很好地执行新功能的组织结构。进行模块选择时,按照层次性准则,从一级部门逐步选择直到岗位,并将选择的模块突出,最后进行模块结构设计。
Based on requirement of modularization organizational structure design is that, modularlze tne enure organizational structure and adjust it, select the modularized departments and stations. Establish a new organizational structure, which can carry out new function of system without influence of the original function. When choosing the modules, it must according to the standard of administrative levels, from departments of the first level to station, to stand out them. Finally, design the structure.
