炮管直线度测量装置的研制

摘要 基于激光准直和光电探测,研制炮管直线度测量装置。采用倒置望远镜准直光束,以刀杆作为动力的定位机构带动探测器移动,光电测头信号则经电缆输出。采用重锤机构、定位轴承等措施保证。定位系统采用类似三爪卡盘的自动定心系统实现,同时系统通过和差比幅式方法提取直线度误差信息。 Based on the technique of laser collimation and photoelectric inspection, the device for measuring the straightness of bore is developed. The laser is collimated by inverted telescope, the detector is driven by the tooling-powered positioning mechanism, and signal of the detector is output through cable. Take effective measures to ensure the fine orientation of sensor, such as hammer mechanism, positioning axletree etc. The positioning system is realized by automatic centering system that similar to three-Jaws chuck, the signal with straightness error is extracted by the way of sum and difference amplitude-comparison.
