摘要
SD卡是近年来流行的大容量便携式存储卡,存储介质绝大多数采用闪存。SDIO卡是SD协会在SD存储卡基础上定义的I/O接口卡,是对SD存储卡的扩展。在分析SD存储卡和I/O卡标准的基础上,着重讨论SD卡接口的特征与实现。
The SD card,a portable memory card which has big capacity,is popular in recent years.Its memory medium is Flash memory mostly.The SDIO card,which expands to SD memory card,is an I/O card defined by SD Association based on SD memory card.On the foundation of analyzing the standard of SD card and I/O card,emphasizes on discussing the characteristic and realization of the interface of SD card.
