摘要
以不同浓度的污水和硫酸铝作为诱变剂,测定豌豆根尖细胞的有丝分裂指数、微核率和染色体畸变率.结果表明:污水和硫酸铝均能降低豌豆根尖细胞有丝分裂指数,诱变较高频率的微核和染色体畸变,产生染色体膨大,滞后染色体和染色体桥.随着污水和硫酸铝溶液处理浓度的增加,豌豆根尖有丝分裂指数降低,而微核率和染色体畸变率升高.且随着污水和硫酸铝溶液浓度的进一步增加,相反染色体畸变率和微核率却下降,但仍明显高于对照.
With different concentrations of sewage and aluminum sulfate as a mutagen, pea root tip cells in the mitotic index, micro--rate and the rate of chromosomal aberrations are determined. The results showed that sewage and aluminum sulfate could reduce pea apical cell mitotic index, mutate higher frequency of micronuclei, enlarge chromosome and lag chromosome and bridge. Along with the increased concentration of sewage and aluminum sulfate solution, the pea root mitotic index lowered and micronuclei and chromosome aberration rates rose. Further increase of the concentration of the solution resulted in the drop of the rate of chromosomal aberrations and micronucleus. However, the rate was still significantly higher than the control group.
