短柄五加扦插繁殖技术研究

A Study on Cuttage of Acanthopanax brachypus

用生长健壮的一年生短柄五加硬枝为插条，分别用ABT生根粉、NAA和IBA不同浓度处理后，插入地面铺珍珠岩的塑料拱棚中．结果表明：与对照相比，使用生根剂处理，对插条生根具有明显的促进作用，其中以150mg／L IBA溶液浸泡2h的处理，生根率达74．29％；在50～150mg／L的浓度下，随着ABT生根粉和IBA浓度的增加，插条生根率逐渐提高；用50～150mg／LNAA浓度的溶液分别浸泡插条2h，以100mg／L浓度处理的插条效果最佳．

Cuttings of well--grown annual Acanthopanax brachypus were processed by different concentrations of ABT rootage powder, NAA and IBA solutions respectively, and then inserted into the ground covered by pearl stones in a greenhouse. Compared with the contrast group, the results revealed that the rootage powder evidently accelerated the rooting. Immersed in 150mg/L IBA solution for 2h, the rooting percent was 74. 29%. Under the concentration of 50--150mg/L, the rooting percent raised gradually with the increment of concentration. Soaked in 50--150mg/L NAA solution for 2h respectively, the final results revealed that the best cuttings were those treated in 100mg/L solution.
