在“两个课标”从实验到全面推行的过渡时期，高等师范院校的“中学生物学教学论”课程应从更新观念、改革教学内容，强化师资、提高教学质量，走出课堂、建立实习基地，提供必备资料等方面做出相应的改革，才能使生物学师范生的职前教育与“两个课标”接轨，切实保障基础教育课程改革顺利实施．

The course of Teaching Biology in Middle Schools offered in normal universities should focus on the establishment of new concepts, reform of course content, training of teachers, and improving the quality of teaching. Teaching out of the classroom and building experiment bases are necessary. Only in this way can the teaching of the course meet the requirements set in the new course standards for biology.
