摘要
通过对陇东学院科研状况进行调查分析，指出科研绩效评价中存在的问题，探索建立地方教学型高校科研绩效评价体系的基本思路．
The paper presented a case study on the evaluation system for research projects in Longdong University and analyzed the problems in performance evaluation of research projects. It concluded with a few suggestions to similar evaluation work in regional universities.
