将７１例原发性主动脉炎综合征患者按补气活血，温经通络为法，以补阳还五汤为基本方配合针刺足三里及涌泉穴治疗，结果痊愈１２例，显效３６例，有效２１例，效差２例，总有效率为９７．３％。
