摘要
目的:D-二聚体是交联纤维蛋白的特异性降解产物,与血液凝固、纤溶过程具有一定的内在联系。为了研究脑梗塞患者血液中D-二聚体含量的变化并证实脑梗塞时血液呈高凝状态。方法:本文采用定量酶联吸附法,测定45例脑梗塞患者的血浆D-二聚体含量,另选30例性别、年龄组成相似的健康人作为正常对照,所得数据以X±SD表示,用t显著性检验处理数据。结果:结果发现脑梗塞患者血浆D-二聚体含量明显高于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:本研究结果表明脑梗塞患者血浆D-二聚体含量增高,提示脑梗塞患者的血液呈高凝状态。D-二聚体测定对血栓性疾病的诊断具有实际的应用意义,同时可用于血栓性疾病溶栓治疗的监测指标。
D-dimmer is a specific degradation product of fibronectin, which relaies to blood coagubation and fibrinolysis. In order to study whether or not significant changes of plasma D-dimmer in cerebral infarction and prove the blood be in hypercoagulative state in cerebral infarction. Methods: Used fixed quantity enzyme-linked immunosorbent as -say, plasma D-dimmer levels in 45 patients with cerebral infarction were determined and as compared with 30 control group. Resulter: The result indicated plasma D-dimmer level in cerbral infarction was statisticaly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). As a result, it suggested that D-dimmer level in cerebral infarction be relalively high and the blood be in hypercoagulative state. Conclusions: The results have vended D-dimmer assaye will be a valuable in diagnosis and monitoring for thrombus disease.
