一种可以应用于生化吸附分离的中孔分子筛微球

SYNTHESIS OF SPHERICAL MESOPOROUS ZEOLITE FOR ADSORPTION AND SEPARATION OF BIOMOLECULES

摘要 以嵌段共聚物P123(EO20PO70EO20)为模板剂,三甲苯(TMB)为扩孔剂,NaCl为促晶化剂,合成了一种孔径为10 nm,尺寸为10-20μm的有序中孔SBA-15微球,其比表面积小于700 m^2/g,并采用XRD、SEM、TEM等对所合成的微球进行了表征。吸附分离试验表明,分子尺寸大于分子筛孔径的BSA吸附量很小,而对分子大小在孔径范围内的LYS饱和吸附可以达到700 mg/g. The synthesis of spherical particles of mesoporous silicates (SBA-15) with mesopore diameter up to 10 nm, surface area 〈700 m^2/g and particle diameter of 10-20 μm has been achieved. The SBA-15 spheres were obtained using pluronies P123 (EO20POToEO20) as a surfactant, TMB as swelling agent, and NaCI as accelerating condensation. The samples were characterized using XRD, SEM, TEM. The spherical SBA-15 particles was used for protein adsorption, and results show they have a very high capacity of 700 mg/g for LYS while BSA almost none.
