摘要
以月桂酸为起始原料经皂化、酯化等步骤合成了缩水甘油月桂酸酯,通过正交试验考察了投料比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度对酯化反应的影响.反应采用两步法,酯化反应较适宜的反应条件为:以甲苯作为溶剂,n(环氧氯丙烷)/n(月桂酸钠)为2∶1;反应时间以3 h为宜;酯化温度为100℃;相转移催化剂TBAB的用量为月桂酸钠的0.05.产率达95%以上,所得产品常温下为浅黄褐色油状液体,不溶于水但溶于无水乙醇、氯仿等有机溶剂.
Glycidyl laurate was prepared by laurate as raw material through saponification, esterification etc. Orthogonal design was used to study the effects of materials ratio, catalyst dose, reaction time, reaction temperature on esterification. The reaction was composed of two steps. The optimal reaction condition for esterification was:toluene as solvent, n (epichlorohydrin)/n(sodium laurate)=2 :1, reaction at 100℃ for 3 hi the dose of phase transfer catalyst TBAB was 5% of sodium laurate. The achieved product yield was higher than 95%. The final product is some kind of light fulvous liquid, undissolvable in water while dissolvable in organic solvent such as absolute alcohol, chloroform. Glycidyl laurate is an important intermediate for synthesizing other surfactant. The study on its preparation is of significance for extensive application.
