摘要
针对废纸浆造纸生产过程的热分散温度控制特点及工艺要求,提出了对热分散温度控制的改进方案,采用神经网络算法,并结合预测思想的PID对系统进行了有效控制.改进后的控制方案在河北某纸厂的废纸浆造纸热分散控制系统中得到了运用,达到了提高纸浆胶粘物的分散效率和耐破因子的目的,取得了较好的控制效果.
Based on the process control characteristic in a paper mill in Shandoiag province, brought forward the improvement of the temperature control system that included the systemic framework of the neural network system, and the PID control based on the thought of predictive control. It has been successfully applied to dispersing process of wastepaper de-in- king system.
