摘要
目的:探讨小儿血管瘤与雌激素之间的关系,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:利用免疫组织化学方法对30例小儿血管瘤标本的雌激素受体进行检测。另取10例正常皮肤作为对照。结果:30例血管瘤标本中雌激素受体皆为阴性。结论:小儿血管瘤可能无雌激素受体。雌激素对血管瘤的作用可能是通过间接途径起作用的。
Objective:To workout the relationship between estrogen and hemangioma as the basis of the treatment for hemangioma.Methods:The specimens from 30 children with heman- gioma were studied with immunohistochemical techiques.The normal skin specimens from 10 chil- dren served as control.Results:The expression of estrogen receptors was negative in patients of hemangioma.Conclusion:Estrogen receptors haven't been found in the skin of children with he- mangioma.Estrogen may indirectly act on hemangioma.
