A bibliometric analysis of the correlative subject headings on the new trends of pneumoconiosis studies

文献情报科学可以为学科的研究提供各方面的详尽的信息，诸如当今某一研究领域的主要内容、主要的研究手段和研究方向。采用一种新的科技文献情报分析方法——相关主题分析，对近１１年来《ＭＥＤＬＩＮＥＣＤ－ＲＯＭ》（ＳｉｌｖｅｒＰｌａｔｅｒ）收录的所有有关尘肺主题文献中的加权主题词（ＭＪＭＥ），按文献计量学方法进行统计分析，提出尘肺研究的新动态和新方向，为尘肺研究工作的管理和研究方向的确立提供理论依据。

The bibliometrics can afford a variety of the detail scientific information for every region of medical studies,such as the research contents,methods and trends in one specialty.In this text,a new medical bibliometric analysis method,correlative subject headings(CoSH) assay,was used to analyze all relevant publications of subject PNEUMOCONIOSIS on their CoSH in major MeSH(MJME) fields of document database from 《MEDLINE CD ROM》(Silver Platter) 1985￣1995.According to the computer statistical results of document retrieval,the new trends and new directions of pneumoconiosis studies in recent 11 year was presented and discussed.Based on this conclusion,there is an important value in management and design of pneumoconiosis investigations.
