介绍了电源芯片SP6120的内部电路、工作原理以及外部引脚,通过一个典型应用实例,详细论述了基于此芯片的外围电路和关键器件的参数设计,以及优化PCB设计的要点,并给出该设计的输出波形和测试结果。
This paper introduces the internal circuit , function principle and external pin of SP6120. A typical application of the IC are given, which in particular shows the external circuit and design of the primary device parameter based on the IC. The major ideas to optimize the PCB design are presented. The output waves and testing results are given.
