Abstract ：This article showed with emphasis the format of binary - floating - point data. It gives a new idea on programming, whi（＇h is the conversion between binary floating number and decimal digit. This idea does not need the complex algorithm or the complex mathematical. This idea can be applied to the design of other forms of floating - digit couversion procedure. So it has great the promotion application value, in the intellectualized instrument measuring appliance programming.
