大学生宿舍管理新模式的探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of University Students Dormitory Management

大学生宿舍最能反映大学生的生存现状,其管理成效关系着大学生学习和生活的良好习惯的养成.如何将思想政治工作潜移默化地融入宿舍管理中,对于净化校园育人环境,树立良好的校风、学风和培养合格大学生具有十分重要的意义.本文从当前高校学生宿舍管理存在的问题解剖入手,以重庆文理学院对宿舍管理新模式的探索与实践为例进行论述.

Dormitory is the place which can reflect the living conditions of the university students. The efficient management is closely related to the form of good habits, such as the study and life of university students and so on. Therefore, how to merge the ideological and political work into the management of dormitory is significant to purify the educating environment, establish excellent school spirit and academic atmosphere and cultivate qualified university students. This paper starts from the problems of the dormitory management, with the exploration and practice on dormitory management of Chongqing University of arts and sciences to discuss and endeavor to find a new way to improve the quality of dormitory management in universities.
