对中等城市开发利用地下空间若干问题的探讨

A Discussion on Some Issues of the Development of Underground Space in Middle Cities

在当前的城市建设快速发展时期,充分利用土地资源,开发地下空间将势在必行,而且除特大城市和大城市以外,我国一些经济发达地区的中等城市也已基本具备了适度开发利用地下空间的条件和实力。文章结合中等城市的特点,从经济条件分析、规划编制、与人防工程相结合以及开发利用的途径和具体内容等方面对中等城市地下空间的开发利用作了初步分析与探讨。

It is inexorable trend that the land resources should be used and underground space should be developed during the fast development of urbanization and city construction nowadays. Besides some metropolises, a number of middle cities in developed districts have had the condition and strength of developing the underground space properly. In accordance with characteristics of middle cities, this article analyzed and discussed the economic conditions, and plan-making; combining with construction of civil air defense, as well as developing ways and detailed contents of underground space development in middle cities.
