摘要
高校管理干部职业倦怠的产生原因是多方面的,包括社会和家庭的期望过大、职务晋升的不确定性和职称晋升的困难,以及地位不高、重使用、轻培训,工作积极性不能得到充分发挥等。这一问题应受到重视,并适当提高管理干部的待遇,改革管理干部的评价机制,给予进训培训的机会,关心管理干部的心理健康。
It is indicated in this paper that there are many reasons for the occupational tiredness of administrative cadres in colleges. For instance, they have higher expectation toward society and family; they are uncertain about occupational promotion which is difficult; they are at low status; their labor usage is emphasized while training is looked down upon; their enthusiasm the problem are as follows: first, e cannot be fully developed. The main methods to solve the benefits of administrative cadres; second, reform the evaluation mechanism to them; third, give them chances for promotion and training; last, care about their psychological health.
