摘要
测定了CO在NA型吸附剂上的静态吸附量和低分压CO的动态吸附性能,实验表明,再生气体流速对吸附剂再生影响不大。实验还确定了合适的再生气体量和保留时间,同时比较了变压吸附和甲烷化两种方法净化合成气中微量CO的能耗,为工业脱除微量CO提供了依据。
CO adsorption on NA adsorbent under static condition and its dynamic adsorption at low partial pressure were studied. The results showed that the velocity of regenerative gas flow has no effect to regeneration of adsorbent. The suitable regenerative gas quantity and retention time were measured. The different energy expenditures of purifying minim CO in synthesis gas by pressure swing adsorption and methanation were compared, which offered useful dates for separation of minim CO in industry.
