摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定复方鱼腥草片和清热解毒口服液中黄芩苷的含量,以测定其制剂的质量。方法:以C18化学键合硅胶柱分离黄芩苷,以甲醇-水-醋酸(49.5:50:0.5)为流动相,UV检测波长274nm进行测定。结果:理论塔板数以黄芩苷峰计算为2498;平均加样回收率为96.16%,RSD=2.24%(n=6)。黄芩苷的线性范围0.249~2.49μg,对照品浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。结论:该法测定复方鱼腥草片和清热解毒口服液中的黄芩苷含量,快速,重复性好。
objective :To determine the content of baicaline in composite houttuynia tablets and oral liquid with reversed-phase HPLC ,which controls the quality of the preparation. Methods :Baicaline was separated with a C18 chemical bonding silica gel column.A mixture of methanol-water-acetic acid (49.5:50:0.5)served as the mobile phase.UV detection wavelength was set at 274 nm. Results :The number of theoretical plates calculaled for baicaline peak was 2498,the average rate of recovery of the added sample was 96.16% (n =6).The RSD obtained form 6 independent determinations was 2.24% .There was a good linear relationship between the quantity of baicaline sample and the peak area value within a range of 0.249~2.49μg of baicaline.Conclusion: The method was shown to be specific and reproducible in the content determination of baicaline in fufangyexingcao tablets and qingrejiedu oral liquid.
