摘要在东京备忘录2006年度港口国监督检查数据的基础上,分析亚太地区港口国监督东京备忘录的三大发展趋势,并根据2006年度中国籍船舶的被检查结果和中国的港口国监督检查情况,分析中国在亚太地区港口国监督中的地位、所发挥的作用,以及针对区域内的整体发展趋势所应作出的回应。
