摘要
结合国家标准GB19489-2004《实验室生物安全通用要求》的修订工作,参考了相关国外实验室生物安全指南和动物生物安全实验室的建设经验,在对ABSL-3实验室的危害评估及平面布局、围护结构、气流组织、压力梯度、高效空气过滤单元、过滤器检漏、室外风口的布置、自动控制与报警系统等进行综合分析的基础上,提出了我国ABSL-3实验室分类和设计要求的建议,以期为标准GB19489-2004的修订和我国ABSL-3实验室的建设提供参考。
Combining the revision of GB 19489-2004 《Laboratories-General Requirements for Biosafety》, and based on the references of the related foreign laboratory biosafety guidelines and the design & construction experiences of bio-containment for animals abroad, the assessment of biological risks and the main requirements for the facility and equipment of ABSL-3 Laboratory are analyzed and discussed, including the layout, the surrounding structure, airflow pattern, pressure difference, high efficiency air filter unit, the leak test of high efficiency air filter, the layout of the outdoor, inlet and outlet, air automatic control and alarming system. Based on the analysis and discussion, the suggestions of the classification and engineering requirements of ABSL-3 laboratory are put forward. The suggestions of this paper is supposec as references in the revision of GB 19489-2004 and references for design & construction of ABSL-3 Laboratory.
