摘要
本文讨论了旅游企业集中化成长战略的类型和应用。文章首先对旅游企业集中化战略进行了一个简单的分类,并对各种类型的集中化战略进行了简要的分析。其次,文章讨论了旅游企业集中化战略的优势和风险,并对集中化战略的适用条件进行了说明。最后,作者指出,在许多旅游企业盲目追求多元化的情况下,更应该重视集中化战略对企业成长具有的重要意义。
This article analyses the categories and application of concentration strategy in hospitality and tourism businesses. The concentration strategies are sorted into three categories and a concise analysis is given to each of them. Based on the analysis, the author discusses the strengths as well as risks of concentration strategies, and illustrates their application conditions. It is pointed out that tourism businesses should pay more attentions on the importance role of concentration strategy in their growth, especially in the current situation that many tourism enterprises pursuing blindly diversified operation.
