职院校教师职称政策导向探讨

摘要 从人才培养要求和高职院校教师队伍建设需要出发,分析了当前高职院校教师职称政策导向存在的突出问题。指出高职院校教师职称政策,应充分考虑高职的特点和其人才培养的要求,着眼于解决当前高职教师中存在的实际教学能力和实践教学能力不高的问题,建立以专业工作业绩为导向的职称评价体系。 According to the personnel training request and higher vocational education school teacher troop needs, the prominent question of current higher vocational education school teacher title policy guidance has been analyzed. Pointed out that higher vocational education school teacher title policy should consider fully its characteristic and its personnel training request, focuses on resolving the question of the field research ability and the practice teaching ability are not high in current teachers, establishes the title appraisal system which take the specialized work achievement as the guidance.
