摘要
学习动机是影响职业学校学生专业学习的重要因素,保持良好的学习动机有助于提高学生的专业学习质量ARCS动机模型将动机理论与数学实践有机的联系起来,为教学实施提供了一个简便易行具有可操作性的方案:基于该理论所构建的专业课教学模式,可以为学习者创建一个富有激励性的学习环境,从而引起、维持和促进学生的专业学习.
As a vital factor which exerts great influences, learning motivation helps students to improve learning considerably in vocational schools. ARCS motivation model puts motivation theory into teaching practice, providing an accessible approach to carry out teaching. A teaching model based on this theory creates an encouraging learning environment for the learners to be aroused and to maintain major subjects learning.
