The present paper discusses the development and design idea of rectangular spline broach three dimensional parametrization design system based on the SolidWorks software platform, and analying approaches based on the ANSYS software of the rectangular spline broach knife tooth, and accordingly has provided the basis for the design and the manufacture broach.
