Since the entry of the 21^st century, the domestic and international economic environment that China faces has changed a lot, which makes it urgent to adjust the industrial structure. The technology innovation is an important factor in the regional industrial adjustment. We should recognize the effects of the technology innovation on the industrial adjustment and economic development from a strategic point. It is urgent to improve the Chinese technology innovation level and do strong spade work for the economic growth.
