摘要
为了使管理者认清现代职场雇佣关系的新形势,本文从雇佣关系的内涵入手,对现代雇佣关系和传统雇佣关系的区别做出界定,提出现代雇佣关系的概念和特点,分析现代雇佣关系产生的原因,并基于现代雇佣关系提出了企业的应对策略。
This paper starts from the meanings of Organization-Employee Relationships, makes a clear difference between old organizalion-employee relationships and modern organization-employee relationships, then it gives the definition and the characteristics of modern organization-employee relationships. After analysis the reason why this new organization-employee relationships appears, It give some countermeasures for the enterprises.
