焦化厂成型车间有机烟尘净化的研究

Study on Organic Soot Purifying in Molding Workshop of Coking Factory

焦化厂成型车间逸出的废气成分复杂,其特点是,既含有低浓度的沥青烟又含有大量的过热蒸汽和煤尘,一般的净化器很难处理这种尾气。在对其进行污染分析和治理优化的基础上,设计出来的PFP多功能净化器通过多种机制的共同作用能有效地去除3种污染成分。2004年,PFP净化系统被安装在河南神火集团焦电厂,监测结果表明,煤尘去除率达到92.8%,沥青烟去除率达到83.7%。

The exhausted gas in molding workshop is complicated in components,with low concentration of asphalt smoke, mass steam and dust and it is difficult for the common purifier to treat this kind of soot.So one kind of new multifunction purifer should be developed. Based on the design optimization,PFP multifunction soot purifier was made and installed at Shenhuo Coking Factory in 2004. The monitoring effects showed that the remove ratio d smut and asphalt smoke can reach 92.8% and 83.7% respeetively.
