固定化白地霉对偶氮染料脱色的研究(英文)

摘要 使用尼龙海绵对白地霉进行固定化,对其对偶氮染料直接蓝289的脱色进行了研究,固定化白地霉对偶氮染料直接蓝289(100 mg/L)的脱色率在第3天达到了90%;在脱色过程中对固定化的白地霉对染料的降解和吸附进行了研究,结果表明脱色的机制可能是最初为菌体对染料的吸附,随后进行了降解.在脱色的过程中,脱色率的增加也伴随培养液中的漆酶和锰过氧化物酶活力的提高,说明白地霉在对偶氮染料脱色中漆酶和锰过氧化物酶起到了重要的作用.使用尼龙海绵和聚氨酯两种固定化材料固定白地霉并进行分批重复脱色实验,结果表明尼龙海绵固定的白地霉脱色稳定性更好. Decolorization of azo dye Direct Blue 289 with Geotrichum candidum immobilized by nylon sponges was studied. Decolorization rate of azo dye Direct Blue 289 by immobilized Geotrichum candidum reached 90% on 3rd day. Degradation and adsorption of Direct Blue 289 by immobilized Geotrichum candidum were investigated in this study. The results showed the possible mechanism of decolorization involved initial mycelial adsorption and subsequent degradation. An increase in decolorization rate was coincident with increasing the activities of laccase, manganese peroxidase (MnP), indicating that laccase and MnP possibly play important roles on the decolorization of Geotrichum candidum. In repeated batch decolorization the immobilized fungus by nylon sponges were more stable than polyurethane foams.
