摘要
将化合物1,5-二羧基(3,4)-1,4-二氧亚乙基噻吩2′-甲醇在铜氧化铬混合催化剂催化下经高温脱羧合成出(3,4)-1,4-二氧亚乙基噻吩2-甲醇,利用核磁碳谱和氢谱结合二维核磁(同核相关和异核相关)分析了化合物的结构共振图谱表明:(3,4)-1,4-二氧亚乙基噻吩2-甲醇在合成过程中生成了六圆环.本研究第一次证明了该化合物的结构.
Using the complex copper-chrome oxide as catalyst, we synthesized 2, 3-dihydrothieno (3,4-b)-1,4-dioxyn-2-yl methanol (EDTM) at high temperature by decarboxylation reaction. We used the two dimension of the NMR spectrum, NOESY and COSY NMR spectra of the compound to investigate and the structures. First time we proved that only six circlecreated.
