两性无皂乳液表面施胶剂的制备及应用 被引量:1

摘要 研究了以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯、丙烯酸为单体的无皂乳液表面施胶剂的制备及其影响因素,同时研究了该施胶剂与羧甲基纤维素的配伍性能和应用效果,并用FT-IR、表面电位粒径仪对聚合物的结构和无皂乳液的电性能进行了表征.实验证明,所制备的两性共聚物无皂乳液表面施胶剂对改善纸张的施胶效果和提高纸张的印刷性能具有明显的作用. In order to improve paper sizing and printing performance, amphoteric emulsifierfree emulsion was prepared by the emulsifier-free copolymerization of styrene, butyl acrylate, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and acrylic acid. FT-IR, surface potential particle size analyzer and other paper testing equipments characterized the structure, Zeta potential, application and compatibility with carboxymethyl cellulose of the resultant. The amphoteric emulsifier-free emulsion shows excellent effects in improving the paper surface sizing and printing performance.
