摘要
在帧差法的基础上,提出了一种简单可靠、便于硬件实现的分区域运动检测方法。通过对全场景的区域分割,可以屏蔽无须检测的场景,对检测物体的大小具有选择性,并且对噪声和光照等具有较好的适应性。经过优化的硬件实现,使得该方法在高性能低成本的视频监控系统中具有较好的应用价值。
Based on the method of frame difference, a simple and reliable algorithm based on region segmentation is proposed. Through image segmentation, unuseful regions will not be involved in the detection. It has the applicability for the size of moving objects and disturbance of light and noise, Optimized hardware implementation makes it a good future in cost sensitive video surveillance system.
