摘要
系统介绍逆变器中IGBT的驱动与保护技术,给出了IGBT对驱动电路的要求,介绍了三菱公司的IGBT驱动电路M 57962L以及IGBT的过压、过流、过热保护等措施。这些措施实用性强,保护效果好。
A method of drive and protection of IGBT in AC inverter is presented. Requirements of IGBT drive circuit are given as well. The typical drive circuit M57962L produced by Mitsubshi company for IGBT drive is introduced. The protective problems of IGBT on overcurrent, overvoltage and overheat are discussed. The practicabilities and protective effects are satisfactory.
