摘要
以上下风向条模具为例详细阐述了两板式侧浇口注射模的结构设计要点与工作过程,通过采用典型的斜顶与滑块相结合的抽芯结构,使得模具的使用寿命和可靠性大大提高;经过在实践中不断优化加工工艺、控制加工精度和改进配模技术,从而大大缩短了配模时间和模具的制造周期。
Taking the up & down wind-bar injection mold as an example, design points and working process of the two plates and side gate mold were stated in detail. The service life and realiability of the mold were greatly improved by using the typical angled-ejector and slideblock strcucture of the pulling-core. The time of mold assembly and the cycle of mold manufacture were greatly shortened by the optimization of machining technics, the control of machining precision and the improvement of mold assembly technique in practice.
