摘要
PID控制器规律简单、运行可靠、易于实现,在工业生产过程控制系统中90%以上采用PID控制方式。数字PID控制器可以充分发挥计算机运算速度快、逻辑判断功能强的优点,采用一些特殊算法,效果更好。本文讨论了采用单纯形加速法实现数字PID调节参数自动寻优,并通过试验说明系统控制灵敏度高、超调量小、响应速度快,在多段温度控制的升温或降温过程中不会出现振荡现象,可以获得最佳的控制效果,实现高速、高精度跟踪的控制目标。
Almost 90 percent of the controllers in the industrial production control system are PID controllers, which have simple regulation, dependable operation and easy realization. PID controller can bring computer's advantages of fast calculation and accurate logic judgment into full play. If with some specific algorithm, it will do a better job. By means of using simplex accelerated method, PID controller can regulate the parameter to seek for the best value. The experiments testify the high sensitivity, low overshoot and rapid response of the control system. The control system will not vibrate though the temperature will go up or down, and that will result in good control and realizing the high speed and high accuracy tracking.
