摘要
本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备清澈、透明、稳定的勃姆石溶胶,研究结果表明在制备勃姆石溶胶过程中,pH值、摩尔比(异丙醇铝/水)、水解温度、回流温度等对氧化铝的晶型相变有一定的影响;其次烧结温度对氧化铝晶型相变也有影响。
The clear, transparent and stable AlOOH sols were prepared in this work by using sol - gel method. The study results indicates that, during the preparation of sols, several factors such as pH, molar ratio ( [ C3H7O3 ]3Al/H2O) , hydrolysis temperature and dilution temperature ct al influence the phase transformation on Al2O3 powders crystalline. In addition,calcining temperature affects the phase transformation on Al2O3 powders crystalline as well .
