学科馆员个性化信息服务初探

个性化信息服务是基于"以人为本"的理念,以充分满足个体需求为宗旨,从而提高服务质量和服务效率的一种服务方式。作者作为中国科学院国家科学图书馆学科馆员对自身的服务内容:资源推送、咨询服务、信息环境建设、信息能力培训和学科情报研究等几方面的个性化服务进行了初步探讨并提出了一些思考和建议,以期更好地推动学科化服务工作的开展。

Personalized information service is a service manner which is based on the concept of ＇people - oriented＇, tending to satisfy individual requirement, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of service. This article provides some useful thoughts and suggestions from such service content as publicizing resources and services, informarion environment development, information ability cultivation and subject intelligence research, so as to boost the further development of the subjectoriented information service conducted by subjeet librarian of the National Science Library of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
