摘要
采用电动式经皮腰椎间盘切吸仪治疗４２５例腰椎间盘突出症，术后平均４５ｍｏ随访，优良率８９７％。该方法具有创伤小，出血少，痛苦少，恢复快，可重复，不造成神经根粘连及硬脊膜纤维化，不破坏脊柱稳定性等优点。认为在掌握定性诊断资料并精确定位的基础上，严格选择适应症和正规操作，应用该方法是安全有效的。
The paper reported the treatment of 425 cases of the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation using automated percutaneous lumbar discectomy. The following-up for an average period of 4.5 monthes showed the excellent and good rate of 89.7%. The treatment has the advantages of little traumal and hemorrhage, slight pain, rapid recovery, can repeated, creating no adhesion of the merve roots and dural fibrosis and no affection to spinal stability. The treatment method is safe and effective on basis of having qualitative diagnostic data and accurate fixing and then selected the indication strictly and operated properly.
