高校图书馆开展数字参考咨询服务的思考

摘要本文分析和探讨了目前国内外图书馆开展数字参考咨询服务的状况,介绍数字参考咨询服务的类型,并对我国高校图书馆数字参考咨询服务发展提出几点建议。 The article discusses digital reference service in China at pretent, while outlines the type of digital reference service and points out a few suggestions about the development of DRS.
