摘要
本文从高校信息素养教育的现状和高等教育理念转型这两方面入手,就高校信息素养教育的目标和内涵作了分析与阐述,结合目前网络环境下高等教育与学习模式所发生的转变,对我国高校信息素养教育课程体系的建设进行深入探讨,并在此基础上提出了基于图书馆的高校信息素养教育与学习模式。
Information literacy is an important standard of evaluating the country's integrated stuff in present society, This paper expounded it from the aspects of its theory and teaching practice, combined the change of teaching and learning model in the network surroundings. Based on these discussion, it made a deep study about the curriculum setting of IL education and put forward a new IL education and learning model based on library.
